Mark Beckmeyer, CISSP, CBCP, Senior Vice President, has more than 25 years of experience with information assurance and Cybersecurity and has held technical and managerial positions at all organizational levels in both the private and public sectors.  Prior to joining Loricca, Mr. Beckmeyer was the Executive Vice President of the Morningtown Group, LLC and National Director of the Computer Horizons Corp. Security and Compliance Practice.  A graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelors degree, Mark also holds a Masters degree in Security Management from the George Washington University.  Mr. Beckmeyer is a Certified Information System Security Professional and Certified Business Continuity Professional.  Beckmeyer states, “I am most excited about joining the Loricca team and confident that Loricca will become a well recognized and respected organization in providing strategic security consulting services to the healthcare industry.”

Ron Beltz, Director, Business Development, began his IT career in 1976 as a computer programmer, and progressed to Director of IT in 1981.  Much of his experience was formulating software solutions for pharmaceutical companies and developing hospital applications.  During Ron’s career, he has served as Engagement Manager, Regional Technical Director, Sales & Recruiting Manager, and Vice President of Business Development serving all vertical markets, managing delivery teams across the U.S. and also in Chennai, India and Montreal, Canada.  Ron has participated in all phases of the Business Development life cycle, building strong client relationships and trust.  For the past eight (8) years, Ron has focused on regulatory compliance solutions (HIPAA, GLBA, PCI) as well as IT Security and business resumption planning within the government, healthcare and private business sectors.  Working with the National Association of Counties (NACo), state hospital associations, healthcare attorneys and county governments across the U.S., Ron and his team have provided information technology, organizational effectiveness and regulatory compliance solutions to many healthcare entities across the country.  A graduate of Control Data Institute of Technology, Lee Dubois Sales Training and the Dale Carnegie Management Institute, Ron is also an elected official, serving as a local city councilman.  “From my past association with the Loricca executive team, I learned that the management philosophy, dedication to customer satisfaction, and development of long term client loyalty was a perfect ‘fit’ for me and my personal approach to business relationships, and I look forward with much anticipation to providing IT Security and Compliance services to Loricca’s current and future customers”, states Beltz
