Michael Whitcomb, PMP, CISM - President/CEO

Michael is the founder and President of Loricca, Inc. A former member of the United States Air Force, Michael served in Secure Data Communications Systems, leading engineers in supporting mission critical communication systems. Upon leaving the Air Force, Michael earned a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

For over 23 years, Michael has served in numerous senior technical positions , leading and implementing solutions for various clients within both the government and commercial sectors including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Federal Bureau of Investigation, American Automobile Association, MCI/Worldcomm, Marriot, Publix, Siemens, and the University of Alabama. Over the course of his career, Michael has focused on custom solutions and IT security. Michael resides in Florida with his wife and two sons.

Ron Beltz - Director, Business Development

Ron began his IT career in 1976 as a computer programmer, and progressed to Director of IT in 1981. During Ron’s career, he has served as Engagement Manager, Regional Technical Director, Sales & Recruiting Manager, and Vice President of Business Development serving all vertical markets, managing delivery teams across the U.S. and also in Chennai, India and Montreal, Canada. Ron has participated in all phases of the Business Development life cycle, building strong client relationships and trust.

For the past eight (8) years, Ron has focused on regulatory compliance solutions as well as IT Security and business resumption planning within the government, healthcare and private business sectors. Working with the National Association of Counties (NaCO), state hospital associations, healthcare attorneys and county governments across the U.S., Ron and the rest of the team have provided information technology security and regulatory compliance solutions to many organizations.

A graduate of Control Data Institute of Technology, frequent speaker, and a continuous learning advocate, Ron is also a local elected official, serving as a city councilman.
